The Company

Pacific Roofing is a corporation owned by founder Jerry Lankford (pictured right) of Modesto, CA since 1959. Jerry is a local second generation roofer resident with 50 years roofing experience in Northern and Southern California. He is experienced in all types of "Top of the House" work including composition, shake, tile and synthetic roofing products. Pacific Roofing performs restoration, dry rot replacement, inspections, certifications, maintenance and repair. They also insulate attic space, install seamless rain gutters and provide ventilation products that are used in the attic area and inside the roof.
