Your home’s roof …

It keeps you dry in the winter and cool in the summer … at least it should.  If it doesn’t then it might be time to consider some serious repair or a replacement.

For those considering replacing their existing roof, even the thought of it is enough to stop you in your tracks.

One of the most common questions we receive is this:  “What’s the process of replacing my home’s roof?”

In business since 1959, Pacific Roofing knows roofing.  In the span of almost 60 years, we’ve roofed and re-roofed thousands of homes and businesses.

Drawing on our years of experience, we’ve compiled the “I need a new roof.  Now what?” guide to help you understand the process, what you need to know, and what decisions you’ll be asked to make along the way.

Deciding to replace home’s roof is one of the biggest investments you’ll make in your home.  Make the right decision and it can add value, comfort, beauty and energy efficiency to your home.  Our FREE “I need a new roof!  Now what?” guide will help you do just that!

Hello. We are a Hawaii & California General Contractor expanding across the U.S. and would like to discuss working with you. We do have a sales rep. In the Denver area that will be more than happy to visit you at your office. Please let me know if that is a possibility.

Please understand that we charge you nothing upfront to work with us. In fact, our company is the very last to get paid from any completed full roof replacement insurance job. Plus that payment comes from you. That is why we are very selective when deciding which companies to work with. You must have some experience in working with insurance companies or have a strong desire to learn. Insurance companies want to pay the very least they can get away with and our job is to get the very most that is allowed by law.

If you aren't receiving $500 to $1,000 per square for your full roof replacement insurance jobs then you might want to read this (we have written copies on our website that prove this claim). We compel insurance companies to pay these amounts with as few as a couple of missing shingles.

What we do:

We help roofing contractors help homeowners get a replacement roof paid for by their homeowners insurance instead of a repair settlement even when there are only a few missing shingles. We help roofing contractors grow their business, process claims for roofs that they would normally walk past, avoid a bidding war and get more per square for the job. Everyone wins.

Best of all there is no cost to the homeowner (other than their deductible-which can be deferred in most States) and no upfront cost to you, the roofing contractor. We get paid by you on the back end after the job is completed. So you have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

How this is possible is because we utilize the combined expertise of attorneys, architects, engineers and insurance specialists so homeowner’s may qualify for a roof replacement through their home insurance. We have spent a small fortune in attorney's fees over the past 3 years researching the national insurance laws pertaining to homeowners' roof repair policies with all of the major insurance companies.

Since we ask for zero money upfront we will require a certain level of expertise from you and your Company. The main requirement is that you have in the past or are now doing full roof replacements involving insurance companies.

This is a real opportunity with very tangible results so let's talk if you are tired of being taken advantage of by the insurance companies and want to increase your bottom line with our ongoing assistance.

Thank you for your very valuable time.

When working on a roof for doing repair or installation keep one thing in mind that what type of shoes you are wearing. Shoes with rubber soles or gum sole work boots with give you the best traction. You won't have to use flip flops or sandals while moving on such roofs.

Sounds like roofing is a tradition in your family! I can appreciate that. From the looks of it you all do great work. Ever thought about installing synthetic roofing products?
